Shipping policy

USA Shipping:

Most orders will arrive to you in 2-7 business days.

Most items typically ship in 1-3 business days using USPS First Class or Priority mail. 

Large giclee prints are drop shipped straight from the printer and take about 4 days to be printed then shipped. 

Individual cards, magnets and stickers ship in a stamped envelope without tracking and can take longer.

If you have a deadline, feel free to contact me to get a more accurate estimate or an upgrade in shipping.

Damaged packages: I try to pack with the least amount of waste as possible while still protecting the art. If any of your items arrive in less than perfect condition, please let me know and I will work with you on the best solution.

Missing or delayed packages: Please reach out with any issues and I will work with you to be sure you end up with your order. Over the years I have found USPS to be over all very reliable. Sometimes things get delayed and sometimes tracking says something has been delivered but it doesn't show up for a few more days but in over a decade and 10,000+ packages shipped, they have truly only lost a few. I have confidence they all will get there...eventually. I really appreciate your patience and and I will always be sure you end up with your order one way or another. 

Local pickup: I offer porch pickup in the SE Brooklyn neighborhood. Please choose “pick up” when you checkout and we will contact you with instructions to pick up your order on your chosen date.

International Shipping:

I am happy to ship anywhere in the world. Please contact us at finalswitchbackart@gmail.com to request a quote. Please provide your shipping address and exactly which items you wish to purchase so we can respond with exact shipping costs.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Final Switchback LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
